Look at the list with pronounces in dative case:
я – мне [ya – mne]
ты – тебе [ty – tibe]
он – ему [on – emu]
она – ей [ana – ey]
оно – ему [ano – emu]
мы – нам [my – nam]
вы – вам [vy – vam]
они – им [ani – im]
Then let's turn to the change of the word "год" (year). It can be changed differently: 1 год [got]– singular, nominative case. 2, 3, 4 года [gada] – singular, genitive case; 5-20 лет [let] – plural, genitive case. Pay attention: we use different forms of nouns after the numerals 1, 2-4, 5-20.

Exercise 1. Read the dialogue. Make up your own dialogues in a similar way (orally).
- Сколько тебе лет? (How old are you?)
- Мне 19. А тебе? (I'm 19. And you?)
- Мне 21 год. (I'm 21 years old)

- А мне 4 года. (And I'm 4 years old.)
Exercise 2. Watch the video, follow the instructions:
Use the construction «Я думаю, что ему (ей) (…) лет» (I think, he/she is ... years old).
Pay attention:
When a subject tells about age in the present tense, there is no verb. Example: мне 47 лет. When a conversation is about past tense, we use the verb of neuter gender. Example: мне было 15 давным-давно (I was 15 long ago). As for the future tense, the verb is used in the third person singular. Example: мне будет 48 этой зимой (I will be 48 this winter).
It is easier to learn the construction Сколько вам лет? with dative case of nouns.

Example: Моей подруге 25 лет, а моему другу 27. – My female friend is 25 years old, and my friend is 27.
