Магнолия используется как декоративное растение для украшения садов и парков. В Европе и США древесина этого растения используется для изготовления мебели.
On our planet there are about 240 species of a magnolia. This is a flowering plant which was called in honor of the French botanist Pierre Maniol in 1703. The magnolia grows in North America and East Asia (China, Korea, Japan). In the territory of Russia in a wild look the magnolia can be met on the island of Kunashir. The magnolia is used as an ornamental plant for decoration of gardens and parks. In Europe and in the USA wood of this plant is used for production of furniture.
