Памятник Тысячелетие России - это монумент, воздвигнутый в Великом Новгороде в 1862 году в честь тысячелетнего юбилея легендарного призвания варягов на Русь. Авторами проекта памятника являются скульпторы Михаил Микешин, Иван Шредер и архитектор Виктор Гартман. Памятник находится напротив Софийского собора. Всего памятник содержит 128 фигур.
The monument the Millennium of Russia is the monument made in Veliky Novgorod in 1862 in honor of thousand-year anniversary of legendary calling of Vikings to Russia. Authors of the project of the monument are sculptors Mikhail Mikeshin, Ivan Schröder and an architect Victor Gartman. The monument is located opposite to St. Sophia Cathedral. In total monument contains 128 figures.
