16 ноября 2009 года с космодрома имени Кеннеди был запущен космический шаттл "Атлантис" в рамках миссии STS-129. Американский космический аппарат доставил на борт Международной Космической Станции научное оборудование, продовольствие, воду и запасы топлива. Это был 31-ый пилотируемый космический полет к МКС. На борту шаттла находилось 6 члена экипажа.
On November 16, 2009 from the spaceport of Kennedy the space shuttle "Atlantis" within mission of STS-129 was launched. The American spacecraft delivered scientific equipment, food, water and reserves of fuel aboard of the International Space Station. It was the 31st piloted space flight to ISS. In the shuttle there were 6 crew members.
