On March 8, 1914 Zeldovich Yakov Borisovich was born. This is a Soviet physicist. Yakov Borisovich's works on physics of burning and explosion, a detonation, nuclear physics, astrophysics, cosmology are very popular. For his life the scientist wrote 490 scientific works, more than 30 monographs and textbooks. In honor of Zeldovich the asteroid "11438 Zeldovich" was called.
