18 января 1825 года официально открылся Большой Театр. Это один из крупнейших в России и один из самых значительных в мире театров оперы и балета. Комплекс зданий театра расположен в центре Москвы, на Театральной площади. Большой Театр открылся представлением «Торжество муз», в котором играли лучшие российские актеры и танцоры того времени.
On January 18, 1825 the Bolshoi Theatre was officially opened. It is one of the largest in Russia and one of the most considerable opera and ballet theaters in the world. The complex of buildings of the theater is located in the center of Moscow, on Theatre Square. The Bolshoi theater opened by a performance "A celebration of muses" in which the best Russian actors and dancers of that time played.
