Русские люди часто используют выражение "менталитет у нас такой", когда хотят подчеркнуть свою гостеприимность и терпение по отношению к некоторым событиям.

Russian people often use an expression "we have such a mentality" when they want to emphasize their hospitality and patience towards some events.
